Welcome to Fifty Five and Five Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship and serve as an agreement between you, the client, and us, pertaining to your use of our digital marketing services and any other services we may provide.
By entering into a contract with us or by using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our services.
We offer a range of digital marketing services tailored to your organisation’s requirements. Details, deliverables, and specifications of these services will be defined in individual work orders or contracts established between you and us.
3. Payments and Fees
Fees for our services shall be as agreed upon between you and us in a separate contract or work order. Payments are due as per the agreed terms in the respective contract.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, and other intellectual property developed by us as part of the services provided remain our property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, rights will be transferred as per the specifications in the respective client contract.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information received from the other party during the course of service provision, unless explicitly permitted by the disclosing party.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to the services we provide.
7. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services will aim to be resolved through amicable negotiations. If parties fail to resolve such disputes within thirty (30) days, either party may seek remedies through the appropriate legal channels in the UK.
We may update these Terms occasionally by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page from time to time to ensure you are in agreement with any changes.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services at any time if you breach these Terms or any individual client contract.
