Everyone knows who Microsoft is. But perhaps lesser known is its vast community of partners who provide IT products, services, and innovation using Microsoft technology to businesses around the world.

Challenge

The global Microsoft Partner team, One Commercial Partner, provides its partners with various packages that offer marketing support. Microsoft needed an agency that understood Microsoft technology inside out, as well as the wider global digital transformation market to help deliver their GTM strategies on behalf of enterprise customers. These strategies include brand awareness and lead generation.

We work with some of Microsoft's biggest partners around the world to build and execute specific GTM plans.

Solution

We worked with some of Microsoft's biggest managed partners around the world to build and execute specific GTM plans. From telecoms companies like Liquid Telecom, to consultancy firm RSM, and tech giants like Adobe. Our first step was to use our 'Fifty Five' approach to really get under the skin of the partners we were working with.

Every organisation has a unique brand and offering – so our in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and the challenges everyday businesses face allowed us to tailor campaigns to meet the specific needs of each of Microsoft’s enterprise customers. 

 

 

Outcome

We worked hand in hand with Microsoft resources in Redmond, Seattle to deliver our services via a dedicated 'Concierge desk'. Every project was about taking core Microsoft messaging, often linked to Microsoft 365 and Azure, and helping partners take their own related offering to market.
